TOKYO STROLL: Takeshiba to Shibaura ー Discover Tokyo’s waterfront!

In our latest video, follow us as we go for a walk exploring Tokyo’s waterfront from Takeshiba to Shibaura. We had lunch overlooking Tokyo Bay, visited a park with one of the best views on Rainbow Bridge, and went to see a cute bridge lit up at night. Hi-NODE is a new landmark from 2019, it’s located at the Hinode Pier, facing out over Tokyo Bay.
Have lunch while looking out at Tokyo Bay or play on the lawn square is really spectacular!

Inside the restaurant, there are also has comfortable looking seats, but if the weather is nice, always get a table on the terrace!

Shibaura-Minami Futo Park (3-33 Kaigan, Minato-ku)

From this park, you can see Rainbow Bridge up close and gaze over the wide Tokyo Bay.
We had some delicious cream puffs from the shop Shibaura Lemon Tree where we had stopped by on our way to the park.
By the way, the night panorama here is also fantastic!

Shinshibashi (3-7-16 Shibaura, Minato-ku)

When you walk towards JR Tamachi Station, you will cross the Shin-Shiba Bridge (Shinshibabashi). At first glance, it is a normal bridge, but at night it is lit up colorfully. The patterns change depending on the time of the year or at events. You can also make a romantic canal tour passing the bridges in this area using one of the water taxis!
